Ubuzima:Impamvu 5 z’ingenzi ugomba kunywa amazi ukibyuka mu gitondo

Kunywa amazi ukibyuka ni ingenzi cyane ku mubiri, kuko biwufasha kongera gukora neza. Tekereza nawe kuba umaze amasaha 7 cg 8, ntacyo kunywa urashyira mu kanwa, niba warabyitegereje neza, ukunda kubyuka wumva mu nkanka hokera cg humagaye cyane; ibi nibyo biba iyo uryamye!

Kubera kumara amasaha menshi usinziriye, umubiri utangira kugenda ugira umwuma kubera ntacyo kunywa uba uri gufata. Niba ujya ubyuka wumva wumagaye, iyi niyo mpamvu ibitera.
