Thé vert (soma ‘te veri) ni iki?

Thé vert/green tea ni ubwoko bw’amajyane akoreshwa mu gukora icyayi, ariko nkuko izina ribigaragaza ni icyayi twakita ko ari ‘icyayi cy’icyatsi’, ushyize mu kinyarwanda.

Gusa aya majyane akaba afite akamaro mu mubiri kuruta andi majyane yose waba uzi cyangwa ukoresha.
Aya majyane ushobora kuyikorera ubwawe, ufata ibibabi by’icyayi ukanika byamara kuma ukabisya cyangwa ukabivunga, ushobora kandi no kuyagura akoze, gusa uzarebe niba ari umwimerere nta kindi kivanzemo

Akamaro ka Thé vert 

  • Thé vert yifitemo ibyitwa polyphenols (soma polifenolo) ikaba igira akamaro ku kuvana imyanda y’uburozi mu mubiri (antioxidants) iba yinjiyemo binyuze mubyo urya. Ku bw’ibyo ikurinda gusaza n’izindi ndwara ziterwa n’ikorwa ry’uburozi mu mubiri (harimo indwara z’umutima na kanseri).
  • Yifitemo caffeine itandukanye niyo mu ikawa. Caffeine izwiho kuba inkabura (stimulant), ku bw’ibyo ifasha mu gukora neza k’ubwonko, kwibuka, akabaraga mu buriri, no gutekereza neza.
  • Kunywa thé vert bifasha mu kurinda kanseri y’uruhu iba yatewe n’itwikwa ry’imirasire y’izuba mibi (Ultra violet).
  • Inarinda izindi kanseri harimo iy’urwagashya, igifu, n’izindi nyama zo mu nda.
  • Kuyinywa birwanya ubwivumbure bw’umubiri ku bintu binyuranye (allergy). Ku bw’ibyo ifasha mu guhangana na grippe yatewe n’ubwivumbure.
  • Kuyinywa bifasha mu kongera ubushobozi bw’amaso mu kureba neza.
  • Thé vert izagufasha mu kurinda amenyo n’ishinya byawe.
  • Kuyinywa bifasha mu kurinda no kurwanya diyabete
  • Kuko ifitemo caffeine, kuyinywa bitwika ibinure ku gipimo cya 17%. Ni umuti mwiza rero wo kurwanya umubyibuho ukabije.
  • Nkuko twavuze ko irwanya ubusaza, izakurinda indwara zifata ahanini abasaza harimo indwara yo gususumira (Parkinson’s disease), n’indwara yo kwibagirwa (Alzheimer’s disease).
  • Ifasha mu kurinda indwara zitandukanye z’umutima.

Ese nta ngaruka mbi yatera?

Kugeza ubu nta ngaruka mbi zari zerekanwa, gusa hari ibyo kwitondera:

  • Si byiza kuyinywana n’indi miti cg ibyo kunywa bikabura umubiri nka dynamogen, inzoga, Sildenafil, kuko byatera umuvuduko udasanzwe w’amaraso.
  • Niba ufata imiti ibuza amaraso kuvura nka Warfarin (Coumarin) si byiza kuyinywa kuko burya ibamo Vitamin K, ituma amaraso avura.
  • Niba ugira ubwivumbure kuri caffeine, ishobora kugutera kubura ibitotsi, isesemi no kuruka, kwigunga no kwiheba. Byagusaba kuyinywana ubwitonzi.
